IBH HOSPITALITY TRAINING ACADEMY PARTNERS WITH PHU LONG REAL ESTATE JSC TO ORGANISE THE “PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER CARE SKILLS” TRAINING COURSE

Over two days, 8–9 September 2025 in Hanoi, IBH Hospitality Training Academy accompanied Phu Long Real Estate JSC in organising the "Professional Communication and Customer Care Skills" training course for its staff.

The course focused on equipping participants with effective communication skills in a professional working environment, developing the art of customer care, increasing satisfaction and engagement, and building a professional, dedicated image while improving service quality.

With a modern training method combining theory and situational practice, the programme brought learners useful knowledge, practical skills and a spirit of dedicated customer service.
