IBH HOSPITALITY TRAINING ACADEMY ORGANISES A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE SKILLS COURSE FOR STAFF OF KIM NGAN REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT SERVICES JSC

From 26–29 November 2025, IBH Hospitality Training Academy successfully organised a Professional Service Skills training programme for 50 staff of Kim Ngan Real Estate Management Services JSC – the service provider for the luxury Kim Long – Kim Bao Villas – with four key modules: Professional Communication and Guest Service Standards, Cleaning of Living and Meeting Rooms, and Banquet Setup and Service.

Under the guidance of experts from IBH Hospitality Training Academy, learners were equipped with standard communication principles and professional service skills and demeanour. Realistic simulated situations helped learners practise handling matters flexibly and tactfully. At the same time, hands-on activities helped learners understand and master each step of cleaning and banquet service, contributing to a higher quality of service for every guest at the Kim Long – Kim Bao Villas.

The course not only delivered practical knowledge and skills but also inspired the spirit of dedicated service – a core value of the hospitality industry – helping the Kim Ngan team continue to build their capabilities and become ever more professional in their operations.
