IBH HOSPITALITY TRAINING ACADEMY ACCOMPANIES VIETJET AVIATION JOINT STOCK COMPANY IN THE “CUSTOMER CARE AND SITUATION-HANDLING SKILLS” TRAINING COURSE

IBH Hospitality Training Academy is honoured to continue accompanying Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company in a series of training classes on "Customer Care and Situation-Handling Skills" for the staff of its ground service centre at Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

The first class took place on 14 November 2025 at the hall of Vietjet Aviation JSC in Ho Chi Minh City for 30 staff and left many positive impressions on the learners. Participants were given very useful knowledge of the service mindset, appearance standards and professional communication. They also experienced many engaging activities in role-play and in handling situations with customers.

The course helps the members of Vietjet's ground service centre become professional in communication and confident in handling situations with customers.
