CONTINUING THE “PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER CARE SKILLS” TRAINING COURSE FOR STAFF OF PHU LONG REAL ESTATE JSC

On 11 October 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City, IBH Hospitality Training Academy continued to accompany Phu Long Real Estate JSC in organising the "Professional Communication and Customer Care Skills" training course for more than 70 staff.

The course equipped participants with effective communication skills and the art of customer care to increase customers' satisfaction and engagement with the company, while helping learners build a professional, dedicated image and raise service quality.

With a modern training method combining theory and situational practice, the programme brought learners useful knowledge, practical skills and a spirit of dedicated customer service.
