IBH ACADEMY ORGANIZED “TRAIN THE TRAINER” PROGRAM FOR THE MEMBERS OF FURAMA – ARIYANA TOURISM COMPLEX

From May 13 to 15, 2026, at Furama – Ariyana Tourism Complex, IBH Academy conducted the “Train the Trainer” program with the participation of nearly 30 members from various departments across the complex.

Under the guidance of Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tam – Managing Director and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhuong – Training Director, participants were introduced to practical training methods and essential skills for internal trainers, including lesson planning, content development, effective delivery techniques, and the use of training support tools to enhance learning experiences.

The course also helped participants strengthen their presentation skills, confidence, and ability to engage and inspire learners, contributing to a positive learning culture and the continuous development of human resources at Furama – Ariyana Tourism Complex.
