IBH ACADEMY ORGANIZES COMMUNICATION MANNER TRAINING FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE FURAMA – ARIYANA TOURISM COMPLEX

For enhancing service excellence and professional workplace conduct, on June 12, 2026, IBH Academy conducted a training program on Communication Manner for 27 associates of the Furama – Ariyana Tourism Complex.

Training program included:

• Core hospitality mindset for professionals in the modern era
• Essential elements of effective guest communication
• Golden principles of outstanding customer service
• Handling common communication scenarios

Through this program, participants were equipped with practical skills and professional communication techniques to elevate service quality, foster positive guest experiences, and further strengthen the professional image of Furama Resort Danang, Furama Villas Danang, and the Ariyana Convention Centre.
