IBH Hospitality Training Academy
Training and developing human resources for the Hotel & Tourism industry to international standards, with hands-on practice at the Ariyana – Furama Da Nang Tourism Complex.
IBH Academy was established on 19 December 2020 to train, foster and develop human resources with the professional knowledge, skills and expertise to work in the hotel industry to international standards. In addition, IBH Academy advises partners on human-resource management solutions, helping them build and develop a professional, stable and high-quality workforce.
IBH Academy is located in the Ariyana Tourism Complex Da Nang, one of the largest tourism complexes in Vietnam, where guests stay and host many major domestic and international events. At the Academy, learners are equipped not only with in-depth knowledge of Tourism, Human Resource Management, Restaurant, Housekeeping and Front Office, but also practise hotel operational skills, experiencing and applying what they have learned in a real-world environment at Furama Resort Danang, Furama Villas Danang, International Convention Centre, and Ariyana Convention Centre Danang.
IBH Academy also builds a system of online training courses to connect learners and bring opportunities to learn, upgrade skills and knowledge, and improve themselves anytime, anywhere. IBH Academy's online courses are built on the principle of interaction with instructors and other learners through modern technology, creating a comfortable and convenient experience for learners, economical yet still ensuring effective training quality.

The teaching team of IBH Academy comprises domestic and international experts with high professional qualifications and rich experience in the hospitality industry, who have trained at many prestigious universities worldwide and reputable international training institutions specialising in hospitality, such as the University of New England, Griffith University, the University of Derby, Hotelschool Amsterdam, Les Roches Switzerland, the South Africa Butler Academy, Renaissance Thailand, ACE Management Services Limited – Australia, and the Worldhotels organisation.

IBH Academy is a hospitality training academy in Da Nang, founded on 19 December 2020. It trains and develops hotel and tourism professionals to international standards, and advises companies on HR management.
The Academy is at 107 Vo Nguyen Giap, Khue My, Ngu Hanh Son, Da Nang, inside the Ariyana tourism complex. Trainees practise at Furama Resort Danang, Furama Villas Danang, the International Convention Palace (ICP) and the Ariyana Convention Centre.
IBH runs 12 programmes lasting from half a day to 3 days, in four groups: Service & Etiquette (service style, banquet etiquette, wine, diplomatic protocol, advanced operations), Leadership & Management (professional leadership, OKRs, train-the-trainer), Sales & Communication (sales, PR, digital business) and Personal Development.
Yes. As well as classes at the Academy, IBH designs and delivers tailored training at companies in Da Nang, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces — for organisations such as Vietjet, Phu Long Real Estate, Kim Ngan, Menas and Hadana Boutique Hoian.
More than 20 trainers from Vietnam and abroad, all experienced hospitality professionals, who have studied at Griffith University, the University of Derby, Hotelschool Amsterdam, Les Roches Switzerland, Worldhotels and other international institutions.
