From May 24th-31st, 2022, IBH Academy held a training course on Hospitality Service Excellence for 33 members of Diamond Sea Hotel. At the same time, the course also helps participants to be confident when dealing with guest’s complaints and gain useful knowledge about positive thinking, positive words, taking positive action and create opportunities for students to share their stories and experiences to improve relationships in life and work.
The course has received a lot of positive feedback and is highly appreciated by the participants as well as the management of Diamond Sea hotel in the organizing and training method and the valuable lessons brought for life and work.
