On October 21st, 2023, at the Gallery I & II of the Furama Resort Danang, IBH Academy organized an Emotion Coaching for 80 Furama – Ariyana Tourism Complex members.
Under the guidance of Ms. Lac Thu – an expert in the field of Art Applications in Education and Community Development, the participants learned how to take care of their emotions, cope effectively and behave appropriately, be more adaptable to stressful situations, know how to show empathy, nurture emotional connections with their children, and take advantage of emotional moments to guide their children on appropriate behaviours.
This is a program within the goal of building the best working environment for employees that IBH Academy is trusted and coordinated by Furama – Ariyana Tourism Complex Danang. The training course left many positive impressions and brought great results in life and work for participants.
