On May 16th, 2024, IBH Academy organized a Handling guest’s complaint training course for 47 members of Furama – Ariyana Danang Tourism Complex.
The training course was conducted by Ms. Le Thi Kim Phuong – Director of Room with lots of useful knowledge and interesting activities in order to maintain the standards of the resort and help all employees be more confident and effective in handling guests’ complaints. This will be a solid foundation for Furama employees to improve service quality, contributing to a dedicated and professional service that exceeds guests’ expectations.
