On March 19th, 2021, complimentary Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) Training for 20 officers of Danang Tourism Department was organized at the Furama Resort Danang under the guidance of trainer from IBH Academy.
During the training session, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tam –Training Director shared the purpose, benefits, structure, principles of operation, specific instructions on how to build and administer objectives and key results, as well as assigned topics for the participants so they can practice the method. This is a powerful tool that helps managers set and track the fulfillment of their typical objectives.
