On March 6th, 2024, IBH Academy collaborated with FPT Education Global Department – FPT University Danang to organize a site inspection to the Furama – Ariyana Tourism Complex for 30 students from EPHEC University – a renowned university specializing in business and management in Belgium. The field trip provided students with a profound and practical insight about the hospitality, as well as opportunities to learn about the working environment and career development.
Under the guidance of Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thanh Nhường – Training Director, along with the support of other experts, the students were able to explore the unique services, culture, and experiences that the Furama – Ariyana Tourism Complex offers to guests.
At the International Convention Palace (ICP), Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thanh Nhường shared with the students about the resort operation, as well as the requirements of the hospitality industry, helping the students gain further knowledge for their future career.
At the end of the program, students had the opportunity to interact and ask questions to Ms. Nguyễn Thị Minh Tâm – Managing Director and Mr. Edwin van Egmond – Food and Beverage Manager. The sharing session provided students with plenty of interesting and useful information to help them orient themselves for the future.
