On April 28, 2025, the IBH Academy warmly welcomed 30 students from the Faculty of Tourism, University of Economics – University of Danang, for a field trip to the Furama – Ariyana Tourism Complex.
During the visit, the students had the opportunity to explore various facilities of the Furama Resort, including the lobby area, restaurants, guest rooms, conference rooms, tropical gardens, and more. In addition to the site inspection, the students were introduced to the working environment, corporate culture, and the operations of different departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Recreation & Events.
After the tour, the students participated in an industry sharing session held at Non Nuoc Room, International Convention Palace (ICP). During the session, experts from the IBH Academy presented key hotel job positions and analyzed the necessary requirements for attitude, skills, and knowledge to meet recruitment standards in the hospitality and resort industry.
The program concluded with a lively Q&A session, where students actively engaged with the experts, asking questions and exchanging insights. IBH Academy is honored to support students in gaining real-world exposure to the professional working environment of the tourism and hospitality industry.
