On July 2, 2024, IBH Academy, in collaboration with Duy Tan University Danang, welcomed 38 students from Chodang University on a tour around the Furama – Ariyana Danang Tourism Complex. Under the guidance of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhuong, Training Director, and the academy’s experts, the students gained practical insights into the hospitality industry and the Furama – Ariyana Tourism Complex. They visited various facilities of Furama Resort Danang, including the lobby, restaurants, bars, guest rooms, and the lush tropical gardens.

Continuing their journey, the students visited the Ariyana Convention Centre within the tourism complex. Here, they were introduced to various event rooms and learned more about the centre’s scale and service capabilities.

In the Hoi An room of the International Convention Center, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhuong provided the Korean students with valuable information about the structure, operational processes, and customer services in the hospitality industry. Additionally, they were informed about internship opportunities and job requirements to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Furthermore, the session featured Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tam, Managing Director of IBH Academy, who shared more about hospitality and addressed the questions and concerns of the Chodang University students.
