
From 26–29 November 2025, IBH Academy successfully conducted the Professional Service Skills training program for 50 members of Kim Ngan Property Management Services JSC – the service provider for the luxury Kim Long – Kim Bao villa complex. The program featured four key modules: Professional Communication & Service Standards, Housekeeping and Banquet Setup & Serving.

Under the guidance of IBH’s professional experts, participants were equipped with standardized communication principles, essential service techniques, and a professional service mindset. Realistic simulation activities enabled learners to strengthen their ability to respond with flexibility and finesse. Practical exercises further helped participants master each step involved in housekeeping tasks and banquet service, contributing to an elevated service experience for every guest at the Kim Long – Kim Bao Villa Complex.

Beyond practical knowledge and skills, the training also fostered a spirit of heart-touching hospitality — a core value of the service industry — empowering the Kim Ngan team to continuously enhance their capabilities and deliver increasingly professional operational performance.
