On August 15-16, 2025, IBH Academy organized the “Leadership Excellence” training course with the participation of 38 managers of Menas Company Limited.
The course provides the necessary knowledge and skills for officers to become an excellent leader including effective delegation, the art of leadership, teamwork skills and conflict resolution.
At the same time, participants also learned the essential competencies of a modern leader such as innovative thinking, inspiration, influence and data-driven decision making.
The training course not only provides practical knowledge but also creates opportunities for Menas members to practice skills, ready to become excellent leaders in the future.
