IBH ACADEMY ORGANIZED “LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCY” TRAINING COURSE FOR FURAMA RESORT DANANG MANAGERS

From November 8th-15th, 2021, IBH Academy organized the “Leadership Excellency” training course for 33 assistants and outlet managers of the Furama Resort Danang. The course is designed on the basis of theory & practice combination, with focus points built on the capacity development needs of the management team for the business.

During 4 training sessions in the morning of November 8^th, 10^th, 12^th and 15^th, 2021, under the guidance of Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tam – IBH Academy Director and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhuong – IBH Academy Training Director, the participants have experienced and drawn their own lessons to be able to well perform the important tasks of leaders such as: building effective working team, delegating task, interviewing and recruiting, working with different personality groups, motivating and developing team spirit, improving work efficiency and practicing executive manners. The course has received great evaluation from the participants and Furama Resort Danang Management appreciated IBH Academy for organizing this meaningful course for their middle management team.
