From October 24th – 26th, 2022, IBH Academy organized a training course on professional service skills for service staff in Kim Long Villa.
Under the guidance of Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tam – Managing Director of the Academy, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhuong – Training Director and Mr. Huynh Thai Phong – Training Specialist in housekeeping, the participants were trained international standards of communication and practice of housekeeping skills. The course has helped participants overcome difficulties and subtleties to confidently communicate and improve service quality for guests and villa owners in Kim Long Villas.
The course has received a lot of positive feedback and is highly appreciated by the participants as well as the Management team in the method and organization of training and valuable lessons brought to life and work.
