In the morning of July 26th and 28th, 2021, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tam – Training Director of IBH Academy conducted an online training course on “Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Different Personalities (DISC)” for more than 40 managers from Hospitality Division of Phu Long Real Estate Company including Ariyana Smartcondotel Nha Trang, Ariyana Nha Trang, L’alya Nha Trang, Holiday Inn Saigon, A&B Sài Gòn Nha Trang; Evason Ana Mandara Nha Trang. Not only does the training course help participants in the hospitality to understand themselves, but it also motivates, develops teams, improves leadership skills, thereby enhances work efficiency.
