From October 25th to 27th, 2023, at Gallery I & II, IBH Academy organized a “Train the Trainer” course for 42 members of Furama – Ariyana Tourism Complex Danang.
Under the guidance of Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tam – Managing Director and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhuong – Training Director, the participants were provided with practical and important knowledge and skills to confidently conduct training such as: designing lesson plan, selecting textbooks; effectively using teaching aids and the behaviours of trainers.The course helps participants confidently build an effectively learning environment, train skills, knowledge and attitudes for employees and contribute to the sustainable development of businesses.
