On June 5th, 2023, at Hoi An room of the Ariyana Convention Centre Danang, Representatives of IBH Academy, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tam – Managing Director and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhuong – Training Director together with Ms. Vi Thi Hong Minh – Deputy Director of VCCI, Mr. Ho Anh Tuan – Deputy Director of VCCI Danang worked with 15 representatives of Universities, Vocation Colleges in Tourism Section and representatives of Tourism Businesses about training program based on the businesses’ demands.
At the meeting, Ms. Vi Thi Hong Minh had shared vocational education plan with labour market and sustainable job for the period of 2023 – 2025. On behalf of IBH Academy, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhuong presented the plan to conduct training course of “Professional Receptionist” according to the demand of Businesses in Danang city for Tourism businesses employees, Lecturers and Students from Vocational Education Institutions.
The workshop had received many contributed ideas from representatives of Vocational Education Institutions and representatives of Tourism Businesses about implementing method and training period of the program. Through the responses from Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tam – Managing Director, the participants have highly appreciated the program and agreed to implement the pilot program in July 2023.
