On June 15th, 2023, at Hoi An room – Ariyana Convention Centre, IBH Academy cooperated with Danang Tourism Department organized a training course “Wine knowledge and serving” for 35 F&B Service employees of hotels and restaurants in Danang city.
During the training, under the guidance of Mr. Edwin van Egmond – Trainer of IBH Academy cum F&B Manager of the Furama Resort Danang, the participants have in-depth knowledge of wine such as wine history, wine making process, wine classification and wine combining with food.
Especially, the participants were very excited to participate in the activities of opening wine bottles, introducing wine and pouring wine for guests. These are useful knowledge and skills according to international standards, helping participants to become more confident and professional when serving wine to guests.
