From June 19th -21st, 2023, at Hoi An room – Ariyana Convention Centre, IBH Academy cooperated with Danang Hotel Association organized the course “Train the trainer” for 33 key members, managers, and trainers from hotels and resorts in Danang city.
Under the guidance of Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tam – Managing Director and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhuong – Training Director, the participants were provided with practical and important knowledge and skills to confidently conduct training at their own hotels and resort such as: designing lesson plan, selecting textbooks; effectively using teaching aids and the behaviours of trainers. In particular, the participants were excited to participate in practical activities to improve their soft skills such as motivating, presenting, asking questions and solving difficult situations in training. The course received very positive reviews from the participants in terms of content, teaching methods, preparation and quality of trainers.
Speaking at the certificate presentation, Mr. Nguyen Duc Quynh – Vice Chairman of Danang Tourism Association, Chairman of Danang Hotel Association shared the importance of training, which are the foundation for team building, culture, towards business development in a sustainable way. He also shared about the market situation of the tourism industry and encouraged the participants to continue their efforts and apply the knowledge and skills in the real operation to build and develop businesses in particular and Danang tourism industry in general.
In the future, IBH Academy wishes to continuously accompany the Danang Hotel Association in training programs to improve the quality of human resources for hotels and resorts in Da Nang.
