On October 9-10, 2024, at the Vietjet Aviation Academy in Ho Chi Minh City, the IBH Academy conducted an intensive training course covering key topics such as “Emotional Intelligence and Personality Groups” and “Situation-Handling Techniques.”
The course was attended by 84 ground service staff and flight attendants from the supervisory levels and above, representing Vietjet branches from provinces across the country. The training aimed to enhance customer service skills, develop management capabilities, improve real-life situation-handling, and foster teamwork spirit.
Additionally, participants had the opportunity to engage in many exciting activities throughout the training process.
