From July 31st to August 2nd, 2024, at the training hall of Victoria Saigon South School, IBH Academy conducted a training course on Professional Communication and Customer Service for 120 teachers and members of the school.
Under the guidance of Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tam – Academy Managing Director, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhuong – Training Director, Mr. Edwin van Egmond – Training expert in the field of customer service, teachers and members Victoria Saigon South School members acquired very useful knowledge about service mindset, greeting manners, grooming standards, positive body language, giving and receiving business cards, hands shaking and handling complaints.
The training course helps the school’s members to be professional in communication and confident when handling communication situations.
