On August 9th – 10th, 2024, at the Menas Mall Saigon Airport, IBH Academy conducted a training course on Professional Communication and Customer Service for 60 members of MENAS.
Under the guidance of Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tam – Academy Managing Director and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhuong – Training Director MENAS members acquired very useful knowledge about service mindset, greeting manners, grooming standards, positive body language, giving and receiving business cards, hands shaking and handling complaints. The training course helps the MENAS members to be professional in communication and confident when handling communication situations with guests.
