On February 5th – 6th, 2024, IBH Academy conducted a training course on Food and Beverage set-up and serving for members, especially F&B members of Hadana Boutique Resort Hoi An.
Under the guidance of Mr. Edwin van Egmond – Training Expert in the field of F&B Service and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhuong – Training Director, members of Hadana Boutique Resort Hoi An were shared great knowledge of greeting manners, grooming standards, positive body language, professional selling skills… At the same time, members also actively participated in serving practices under the guidance from Mr. Edwin van Egmond to improve service quality for guests.
