On August 9th, 2023, at the training hall of Victoria Saigon South School, IBH Academy conducted a training course on Communication Eqtiquette for 100 teachers and members of the school. Under the guidance of Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tam – Academy Managing Director, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhuong – Training Director, Mr. Daniel Chanteloup – Training expert in the field of customer service, teachers and members Victoria Saigon South School members acquired very useful knowledge about greeting manners, grooming standards, positive body language, giving and receiving business cards and hands shaking.
The training course helps the school’s members professional in communication and confident when handling communication situations.
