From December 2nd, 2024, the IBH Academy, in collaboration with the Furama – Ariyana Tourism Complex, has conducted an International Butler Service Training Program for 21 outstanding managers, supervisors, and employees of the complex.
The two-month training program will be conducted by domestic and international experts from IBH Academy with extensive experience in VIP customer service, protocol service, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.
In addition to modules on international standards for behaviours, attitude, and appearance when interacting with guest, the program will equip participants with skills to handle various guests’ scenarios and deliver exceptional room service and dining experiences. Notably, the training emphasizes creating products and services that “exceed guest’s expectations,” leaving a professional and satisfying impression while also driving higher revenue by enhancing guest experiences during their stay at the resort.
