From March 14th-16th, 2024, IBH Academy conducted a training course on communication and service standards for service staff in Kim Long – Kim Bao Villa Villas.Under the guidance of Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tam – Managing Director, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhuong – Training Director, the participants have practiced communication manners according to international standards and professional service skill to increase the quality of accommodation, transportation and food service.
The course has helped participants overcome difficulties and subtleties to be confident in communication, improving the quality of service for guests and owners in Kim Long – Kim Bao Villa.
The course also received a lot of positive feedback and was highly appreciated by participants as well as villa managers for its training methods and organization and the valuable lessons to life and work.
