From August 17th – 18th, 2022, IBH Academy held a training course on Professional Communication Manners for 60 members of Phu Long Real Estate Company.
Under the guidance of Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tam – Managing Director and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhuong – Training Director, the participants practiced international communication standards such as greetings, self-introduction, giving and receiving business cards, shaking hands, sending and receiving mail…The course helped participants to be confident in communication, overcome difficulties in communication and created opportunities for students to share their stories and experiences to improve relationships in life and work.
The course has received a lot of positive feedback and is highly appreciated by the participants as well as the management of Phu Long Company in the organizing and training method and the valuable lessons brought for life and work.
