On May 20–21, 2025, at the Furama Resort Da Nang, the Danang Hotel Association, in collaboration with IBH Academy, organized the “Leadership Excellence” training course for 25 hotel management and operations members.
Under the guidance of IBH experts, the participants were equipped with important leadership skills to enhance their capabilities, such as: building effective teams, conflict resolution, task delegation, emotional control, personality reading, and applying technology and innovation in management practices.
The course was warmly received by the participants thanks to its engaging training methods and valuable practical activities, which helped improve leadership skills and teamwork. In particular, the real-life exercises helped the participants practice solving challenging situations in leadership and management.
