On the morning of September 10, 2024, at the JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi, 5 IBH Academy experts were honored with certification from the École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), officially becoming the master instructors for Swiss Executive Hospitality Training (Swiss EHT).
The EHT program is developed as part of the “Swiss Tourism for Sustainable Development in Vietnam” (ST4SD) project, aimed at improving the quality of human resources and contributing to the sustainable development of Vietnam’s tourism industry.
This program targets mid-level and senior management teams, as well as experienced employees aspiring to management positions, in the context of Vietnam facing a shortage of senior leadership and management. The leadership teams will integrate sustainable tourism activities into their business operations and train new employees on sustainable standards.
The program delivers high-quality content and teaching methods, thanks to the transfer of expertise and Swiss values from EHL, the world’s leading university in tourism, restaurant, and hotel management. IBH Academy is proud to have 5 experts among a total of 17 experts from four prestigious training institutions certified as trainers for this program.
