IBH ACADEMY CONDUCTED THE TABLE ETIQUETTE TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES OF DAT XANH MIEN TRUNG COMPANY

On April 5^th, 2021, at the Ariyana Convention Center, IBH Training Academy – a branch of Indochina Beach Hotel Joint Stock Company, organized a training course on Table Etiquette for more than 200 employees of Dat Xanh Mien Trung Company.

Mr. Edwin van Egmond – Trainer of IBH Academy cum F&B Manager of the Furama Resort Danang, with more than 28 years of experience in managing, operating and training of food & beverages for employee; imparted knowledge about how to use cutlery, napkins, glasses and rules when attending a Western Set Dinner. During the training, the employees of Dat Xanh Mien Trung Company not only acquired knowledge of the international standards but also practiced the rules on table and gained more confidence to attend the Company’s Gala Dinner for nearly 350 guests at Ariyana Convention Center on the evening of April 8^th, 2021.
