IBH ACADEMY ACCOMPANIES VIETJET AVIATION JOINT STOCK COMPANY IN THE TRAINING PROGRAM “CUSTOMER SERVICE & HANDLING GUESTS’ SITUATIONS”

IBH Academy is honored to continue accompanying Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company in its series of training program on “Customer Service and Handling Guests’ Situations” for the members of the Ground Service Centre at Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

The first class, held on November 14th, 2025, at the Conference Hall of Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company in Ho Chi Minh, welcomed 30 members of Vietjet Ground Service Centre and left many positive impressions on the participants. They were equipped with essential knowledge on service mindset, standards of professional appearance and communication. Additionally, they also took part in engaging role-play activities to practice handling various customer service situations.

The training program contributed to enhancing the professionalism, confidence, and situational handling skills of the members of Vietjet Ground Service Centre, helping them deliver better service in every interaction with passengers.
