IBH ACADEMY CONTINUES TO ORGANIZE THE COURSE “PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE” FOR MEMBERS OF PHU LONG CORPORATION

On October 11th, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, IBH Academy continued its collaboration with Phu Long Real Estate Corporation to organize the training course “Professional Communication and Customer Service” for more than 70 staff members.

The course equipped participants with effective communication skills and applied the art of customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty with the company.

It also helped participants build a professional and dedicated image, contributing to the overall improvement of service quality. With a modern training approach that combines theory with practical case studies, the program provided participants with valuable knowledge, hands-on skills, and a genuine spirit of customer service excellence.
