On September 7, 2025, in Hanoi, the IBH Academy continued its collaboration with the Victoria Institute of Banking, Finance and Advanced Technology to conduct the “Hospitality Service” workshop for 44 members of m.MBA class.
Led by Ms. Nguyễn Thị Minh Tâm – Managing Director of IBH Academy, the session provided participants with an in-depth understanding of the concept, mindset, and models of hospitality service in today’s professional environment. Through real-life case studies and interactive activities, participants were inspired to integrate the spirit of hospitality into every interaction and service touchpoint with customers. In addition, participants were also introduced and practiced professional communication skills and techniques to create exceptional customer experiences.
IBH Academy is honored to continue accompanying the Victoria Institute of Banking, Finance and Advanced Technology in this journey of enhancing educational quality, and will continue to deliver this workshop to more graduate classes in Ho Chi Minh City in the near future.
