On February 21st, 2025, the MoU signing ceremony between IBH Academy, Furama-Ariyana Tourism Complex and Swinburne University Vietnam took place at the Ariyana Convention Centre Đà Nẵng, with the aim to improve practical knowledge and skills for students through training classes, workshops, seminars, internship program and at the same time, jointly improve the quality of the training and recruitment of human resources.
Dr. Choi Haemon – Head of Airline Services Management Department, representing Chodang University, Korea and Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tam – HR & Training Director of the Furama – Ariyana Tourism Complex Danang cum Managing Director of IBH Academy have agreed to strengthen the relationship, leverage the strengths of each party for mutual development and fulfil the need of international-quality human resources.
The signing ceremony was witnessed by Mr. Gentzsch Andre Pierre – General Manager, Mr. Le Dinh Nam – Deputy General Director, Ms. Tran Gia Ngoc Phuong – Deputy General Director, Heads of Department from Furama – Ariyana Tourism Complex Danang, together with experts from IBH Academy, Dr. Park Jin Ah and 12 students from Airline Service Management Department of Chodang University.
This is a milestone marking the international cooperation relationship between the parties with the common goal of developing quality human resources not only for the tourism industry but also related industries.
