On November 14-15, 2024, IBH Academy successfully conducted a training course for nearly 100 flight attendants from VietjetAir on the topic of “Food and Beverage Serving on the Airplane” at Vietjet Aviation Academy. The course provided knowledge of 5-star F&B service practices to create a personalized experience for passengers, especially at Business Class.
The training provided participants with gold rules of hospitality service, food allergies, and an exploration of the culinary cultures of typical countries.
In particular, the flight attendants took part in hands-on practice sessions focused on in-flight meal service under the advice of Mr. Edwin van Egmond – F&B training expert of IBH Academy. Through these exercises, the attendees received valuable feedback from culinary experts to ensure passenger satisfaction while enjoying their meals on board.
