On October 29-31, 2024, at the Conference Hall of Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company in Hanoi, IBH Academy conducted a Professional Customer Service training course for more than 100 members of Vietjet Ground Service Centre.
The training program provided very useful knowledge about service mindset, standards of grooming and professional communication manners. At the same time, the participants also experienced many interesting activities in the section of Emotional Intelligence and Handling situations with customers.
The training course contributed to helping members of Vietjet Ground Service Centre to be professional in communication and confident in handling situations with customers.
