On October 11, 2024, at Menas Mall Saigon Airport, IBH Academy organized a training course for 30 staff members of Menas Saigon Mall on professional service standards and customer complaint handling skills.
Under the guidance of Mrs. Nguyễn Thị Minh Tâm – Managing Director of the Academy, and Mrs. Nguyễn Thị Thanh Nhường – Training Director, the MENAS staff were provided with valuable insights on service mindset, service standards, and situation-handling techniques.
The training helped MENAS team members become more professional in communication and more confident in handling customer situations.
