On September 26, 2024, at the Phu Long Real Estate Corporation’s conference hall, IBH Academy conducted the training course “Negotiation Skills and Understanding Customer Psychology” for 100 members of Sales and Marketing department of Phu Long Corporation.
Under the guidance from training experts in customer service, the participants gained a deep understanding of customer psychology in real estate transactions, allowing them to better prepare mentally, maintain self-control, and approach negotiations with confidence.
During the course, participants also practiced the rules of negotiating with customers in real estate transactions to experience and understand the desires, needs and motivations of customers in each situation.
These skills not only help the participants easily grasp the mindset of their counterparts but also enhance their ability to have successful negotiations.
