Implementing the strategic cooperation agreement signed on October 6, 2023, between Menas Co., Ltd. and IBH Academy, April 5-6, 2024, at Menas Mall Saigon Airport, IBH Academy continued to organize the training course “Leadership Excellency” for 27 managers of Menas Co., Ltd.
Under the guidance of training expert Tran Hai Yen, participants were provided with practical and important knowledge and skills to become a professional manager and leader such as positioning their own brand, self-esteem, time management, planning, effective delegation skill… In particular, the participants are also excited to participate in practical activities to develop their effective management and leadership skills. The course helps participants aware of themselves, understand success and make strategic decisions to achieve organizational goals, while building effective teams.
