On March 13, 2024, IBH Academy collaborated with Education Global Department – FPT University Da Nang to guide 30 students from Kyoto Sangyo University on a tour of the Furama – Ariyana Tourism Complex in Danang.
Under the guidance of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhuong – Training Director and experts from the academy, the students were able to gain practical insights into the hospitality industry and the Furama – Ariyana Tourism Complex. They toured the Furama Resort Danang, exploring areas such as the lobby, restaurants, bars, bedrooms, and lush tropical jungle.
In the Non Nuoc meeting room of the International Convention Palace (ICP), Japanese students were introduced to the hospitality industry by Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhuong, who provided valuable information on organizational structure, standard operating procedures, and customer services.
Additionally, the session featured contributions from Mrs. Tran Gia Ngoc Phuong – Director of Business Development, and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Minh Tam – Director of Human Resources and Training at Furama Resort. Student inquiries and concerns were warmly welcomed and addressed, fostering an open space for constructive exchange.
Through sharing personal stories and practical experiences, the experts described how the company has fostered a multicultural working environment, encouraged diversity, promoted inclusitivity and sustainable development in the hospitality industry.
