On January 13th, 2024, at Gallery 1&2, IBH Academy organized a workshop “AI in Marketing and IT Security” for 60 members of the Furama – Ariyana Danang Tourism Complex. Under the sharing of Mr. Pham Ngoc Loi, Director of Digital Transformation – Hotel and Resort Division, the participants learned about GPT Chat and how to apply modern technology to analyze, anticipate the guest’s needs and create a successful marketing campaign.
In addition, the participants were introduced to methods to secure information and prevent new cyber security crimes by Mr. Lam Nguyen Binh An – IT Manager. The workshop provided members of the Furama – Ariyana Danang Tourism Complex with tools for effective marketing, helping to improve and attract tourists to Danang city in general and the Furama – Ariyana Danang Tourism Complex in particular.
