Implementing the Strategic Cooperation Agreement signed on October 6th, 2023, between Menas Company and IBH Academy, on October 6th – 7th, 2023, at Menas Mall Saigon Airport, IBH Academy organized the course “Train the Trainer” for 24 managers of Menas Company Limited.
Under the guidance of Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tam – Managing Director and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhuong – Training Director, the participants were provided with practical and important knowledge and skills to confidently conduct training such as: designing lesson plan, selecting textbooks; effectively using teaching aids and the behaviours of trainers. In particular, the participants were excited to participate in practical activities to improve their soft skills such as motivating, presenting, asking questions and solving difficult situations in training. The course received very positive reviews from the participants in terms of content, teaching methods, preparation and quality of trainers.
In the upcoming time, IBH Academy will continue to accompany Menas Co., Ltd. in training programs to improve the capacity of staff as well as the quality of services provided at Menas Mall Saigon Airport.
