Ho Chi Minh city, October 6th, 2023, at Menas Mall Saigon Airport, an agreement signing ceremony was taken place between Menas Co., Ltd. and IBH Academy with the aim of strengthening training cooperation and human resources development in the field of customer service.
Cooperation between Menas and IBH Academy will focus on building high-quality training programs to improve the capacity and skills of human resources in the customer service industry. IBH Academy committed to providing in-depth courses, tailored to suit market requirements and ensuring an effective learning environment.
The agreement signing ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere and witnessed by representatives from both sides.
