On May 23rd – 24th, 2023, at An Lam Retreats Ninh Van Bay, IBH Academy organized a training course on Hospitality Service Excellence and Teamwork Spirit for 35 key members of An Lam Retreats Saigon River and An Lam Retreats Ninh Van Bay.
During the training sessions, through the sharing of Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tam – Managing Director and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhuong – Training Director, the participants acquired the knowledge about Emotional Intelligence, D.I.S.C, professional communication manners, and conflict management strategies. With the “practical training” method, applying real-life situations in the training process, the participants were very interested and actively participated in activities throughout the training process.
In addition, on the morning of May 24th, 2023, all the members participated in the exciting teambuilding activity “Making raft and rafting competition on the sea” organized by experts from IBH Academy. This is the first outdoor teambuilding organized by the Academy and has brought impressive experiences to the participants.
The training program combined with outdoor teambuilding has helped the members of An Lam Retreats Saigon River and An Lam Retreats Ninh Van Bay to be confident and professional in communication, cohesion and understanding at work; thereby increasing work efficiency and achieving business goals of the Resort.
