On April 27th, 2023, at the Ocean Pacific Room of IBH Academy, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhuong – Training Director conducted a training class “The art of selling” for 40 members who regularly interact with guests of the Furama Ariyana Tourism Complex Danang.
During the training session, the participants received knowledge about sales techniques, key factors for a successful sale, solutions when customers refuse, how to introduce products and check guest’s satisfaction.
With the “practical training” method, applying real-life situations in the training process, the trainees were very interested and actively participated in activities throughout the training process, the course helped the participants more confident and professional when introducing the resort’s products, increasing guest’s satisfaction and increasing revenue for the resort.
