IBH ACADEMY ORGANIZED THE TRAINING COURSE “KOREAN CULTURE” FOR FURAMA RESORT DANANG STAFF

On September 20^th, 2022, IBH Academy organized the “Korean Culture” training course ” for 55 employees of Furama Resort Danang.

Under the guidance of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhuong – Training Director of IBH Academy and Ms. Nguyen Hoang Minh Truc – Customer Service Specialist of Furama Resort Danang, the participants learned about the general knowledge of Korean geography, population, weather, history and culture. At the same time, listen to the practical sharing and contribute ideas about Korean behavior, etiquette, customs and psychology when traveling.

The course helped the participants to grasp Korean culture and psychology to apply it into welcoming and serving Korean guests. The Academy has received many positive feedbacks from the Furama Resort Danang members and was recognized for the useful knowledge that the course brought.
